Took this shot in my backyard.  Pots of tagettes and dahlias in foreground with chives, hostas, astilbe and ferns in background.

Petunias on table and chairs

Took this shot of my neighbors petunias.  Added an allover texture to it in Photoshop.

Matricia

Did an artistic touch to this perennial.  I believe it belongs to the chrysanthemum family.  Grows as a biennial and readily goes to seed.  It is special to me as I got it from my Mother - believe it or not via her compost. The flowers are semi double and about 1/2 inch across.  Makes a nice cut flower.

Watering Can Art

Borrowed my neighbors water can and placed it among the miniature campanulas and hostas.  Added a script texture to it in Photoshop.  Credit and thanks to Joessistah at Flickr for the texture.

Dragon Wing Begonia

Grew these begonias in pots on our deck.  They are blooming when I buy them from the nursery and bloom till frost.  One of my favorite plants, never bothered by bugs. Used my creative software on this shot to look like an oil crackle painting.
